Charlotte first became involved in grassroots football through coaching her son’s team over the past three years. She has since gone on to serve as Youth Welfare Officer at Wells City FC and, at the end of last season, was appointed as League Welfare Officer, supporting safeguarding and welfare responsibilities across the league.

Professionally, Charlotte has worked in seismic engineering for more than 17 years as a Senior Technical Author. More recently, she has taken on a hands-on role as a Field Reserve Engineer, applying in practice the expertise she has developed over many years in technical documentation.
