SEVENTH HEAVEN DOWN BY THE SEASIDE…
Firstly, before I get into this one… WOW!! The young Clevedon lad Barney Lloyd-Jones, what a performance from this lad tonight, arguably one of the best games I’ve seen someone play this season, 107 games watched and this lad completely tore it up tonight…. Some shift, some lad… 👏👏
Onto the game and very much like a lot of this @wcfyl football the entertainment on display tonight was top class…. Was a pretty even opening minutes then the game came to life through the young Clevedon boy, Barney, he was instrumental in everything going forward for Clevedon but somehow they just could find a way to break the WSM backline down and somehow the game went in 0-0 at the break….
Second half was a different story and seen a real masterclass from the visitors, they totally commanded the game and with 2 second half mins on the clock the deadlock was broken, this started the beginning of an onslaught which seen that lad Barney again okay a big part in most of the goal, the lead was doubled with some good wide play from him and a tidy finish to make it 0-2, that became 0-3 with more good work from the wide man, he then grabbed one himself to make it 0-4, a 5th was added from the spot before a fortuitous 6th looped over the keeper before seeing a 7th added from the keeper spilling it for the lad to slam home….
What a shift that was from the young Seasiders, absolute outstanding performance… WSM kept battling hard but this game was out of site and Clevedon well worthy of all 3 points…
Great night for game 107 of the season, absolutely loving the @wcfyl, if you’ve not watched yet… you are missing out!! 🙌⚽ #FW
