League Secretary Portal
A mocked portal concept for managing charges, invoices, postponements, reschedules, club records, seasonal league applications and controlled social media publishing from live website news stories. Division and club selection happens inside the relevant task rather than as a global working context.
Charges & Invoices
View all clubs by default, then filter by division or club. Charge and invoice tasks ask for the relevant division and club inside the modal.
| Charge | Division | Club | Reason | Response | Status | Actions |
|---|
| Invoice | Division | Club | Description | Amount | Status | Actions |
|---|
| Type | Reference | Division | Club | Description | Status | Actions |
|---|
Club Records
Choose the division and club within this task, then update the controlled record. There is no separate team list because each club has one league team record.
League Applications
This is a seasonal process, so the panel is deliberately shown as dormant outside the annual application window rather than competing with day-to-day secretary tasks.
Not relevant at this time
The application workflow would become active during the annual league application window. Outside that period, the Secretary can still see the area exists, but routine tasks such as Charges, Invoices, Postponements and Club Records remain more prominent.
Application window
Closed
Next season applications are not currently being collected.
What appears when open
Division and club filters, submitted applications, amendment requests and approval decisions.
Hidden until neededLast-cycle archive
Read-only access could remain available for checking past submissions and decisions.
Archive onlyPostponements & Reschedules
View postponements across the league, confirm the league action has been completed, and monitor whether the fixture has been rescheduled within the expected timeframe.
| Fixture | Division | Reason for PP | League action | Reschedule status | Actions |

Social Media Manager
Prepare a social media post and optionally attach a recently published website news story. The mock submit action represents sending the post for technical approval before publication.
Post content
Social channels
Select the social accounts to prepare a preview for. Website news and email are deliberately outside this task.
