Phil Wiltshire has been involved in football administration for over 15 years, covering a wide range of roles across youth and adult football. He currently serves as Club Secretary for Brislington Juniors, which proudly runs 25 youth teams, as well as AFC Brislington Ladies and Brislington FC, encompassing the Western League First Team, Suburban League Reserves, and U18s competing in the Western Counties Floodlight Youth League.

Away from football, Phil is a freelance Solution Architect, delivering technology solutions across multiple industry sectors. His professional expertise in systems and process design complements his passion for grassroots football, where organisation and development go hand in hand.
